Lisa Richardson
Partner/Attorney
Lisa Richardson is an accomplished attorney and mediator. She has extensive litigation experience, as well as expertise in multi-party negotiation and mediation. Since 2008, her practice has centered on family law and mediation. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General litigating complex environmental issues in and around the State of Texas. Ms. Richardson represented various State Agencies in environmental matters. This included trial work, mediation and multi-party negotiations. Among her accomplishments were successful resolutions of cases involving drinking water, water quality, air pollution, municipal solid waste, hazardous waste, oil and gas, natural resource damages, and pesticide enforcement.
In her family law practice, Ms. Richardson works with her clients to find simple, practical and cost-effective solutions to complex divorce, custody, access, possession, and/or financial problems.
Josh Culp
Partner/Attorney
Josh has handled divorces, complex property division, child custody modifications, enforcement of court orders and more. His familiarity with courts in Williamson, Travis, Hays and Bastrop Counties provides him with expertise in central Texas family law matters.
Josh attended Texas A&M University and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in political science. He then went on to graduate with his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. In his spare time, Josh enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and watching sports.
Chris Hamblin
Senior Associate Attorney
Chris grew up in Round Rock, Texas and has practiced law since 2018. He has primarily practiced in Travis, Williamson, and Bastrop Counties. Chris is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a B.A. in Government, and St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he earned a J.D. While attending St. Mary’s University, Chris was a member of the National Award-winning Moot Court Team.
Chris is an active member of the Williamson County Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on Lake Travis with his family.
Tyler Gray
Associate Attorney
Tyler was raised in Georgetown, Texas, and is proud to serve families in the community he calls home. He earned his Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, graduating cum laude, and received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University, graduating summa cum laude.
Tyler represents clients in both high-conflict and amicable family law matters, guiding them through challenging transitions with steady counsel and practical solutions. He understands that every family’s situation is unique and works to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
Yolanda Garren
Yolanda is a native of Taylor, Texas, who was raised in the Austin and Round Rock area. She joined the firm as a Receptionist and Client Intake Specialist, bringing with her over 15 years of customer service experience and a strong familiarity with the legal environment. In her role, she expertly manages front desk reception, client intake, and legal administrative support — ensuring every client feels welcome and every operation runs smoothly.
Jennifer Bolton
Senior Paralegal
Jennifer Bolton has been Lisa Richardson’s senior paralegal since 2012. Jennifer began her paralegal career in 1994 and worked for law firms in Brazos and Bell County, Texas for 10 years.
In 2004, she became Court Coordinator for the 264th Judicial District Court in Bell County, Texas. She later served as Court Administrator for the newly formed 425th District Court in Williamson County, Texas, until the summer of 2012.
Jennifer uses her paralegal skills and public service experience to help families in transition by providing detailed support to the attorneys and clients. From complex litigation cases to simple uncontested divorces, she is involved from beginning to end. Jennifer assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and is integral in preparing for mediations, hearings, and trials.
In her spare time Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and two grown children, painting, traveling, and she especially loves taking care of the children at Texas Baptist Children’s Home where she has been a volunteer since 2014.
Colton Bolton
Paralegal
Colton Bolton grew up in Round Rock, Texas and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
Colton applies his knowledge and service skills to provide support to attorneys and clients throughout the legal process. He works hands-on with clients throughout each step of their case by assisting with scheduling, drafting documents, and maintaining files and production documents. He is passionate about using his experience with technology to streamline the discovery process for complex cases.
In his free time, Colton enjoys roller skating, learning new programming languages, and spending time with friends and family.
Haleigh Theriot
Intake Specialist/Office Manager
Haleigh was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has lived in the Austin area since 2019. She joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal and has since become the Office Manager. She studied Criminal Justice at Southeastern Louisiana University and Paralegal Studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Haleigh uses her 7 years of customer service experience to greet clients and provide information as the first point of contact in the office. In her free time, Haleigh enjoys watching football, painting, and spending time with her family and pets.
